How many participants should a mentor take on?

The majority of volunteer mentors are paired with just one participant.

But you're able to take on as many participants as you feel comfortable handling.

It would likely make most sense to pair with just one participant to start with, so that you can ensure the workload is manageable. You could then take on more participants to pair with over time. Though you are welcome to pair with numerous participants initially as well if you prefer.
